At Furryfect, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders — no extra costs, no surprises.
🕒 Order Processing Times
We aim to get your order out the door fast!
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and dispatch your order after it’s placed.
During busier times like holidays or sales, processing can take up to 7 business days.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s in the hands of our shipping partner.
🌎 Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on where you live.
Here’s a general idea of what to expect:
🇺🇸 United States: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 8–15 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 8–16 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 8–16 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–21 business days

✏️ Need to Change Your Address?
No problem — just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be processing, and we can’t promise changes.
If your address looks incomplete, our team will reach out by email within 3 business days to double-check.
Still no response? We may have to cancel your order to prevent shipping issues.
🚨 Delayed Delivery?
We totally get it — waiting is no fun.
While we do our best to get your package out quickly, sometimes delays happen (couriers, weather, customs... you name it).
We’ll always keep you informed if anything unexpected happens and help however we can.
📦 Lost or Stolen Package?
If your package has gone missing after it was marked delivered, reach out to us at hello@furryfect.com.
We’ll work with the courier and guide you through the steps to file a claim if needed.
Furryfect isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse — but we’ll absolutely do our best to help.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
