Changed your mind?
You have 24 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel it. Once that window closes, your order is already on its way to being processed.
If you cancel within that 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

📦 Damaged Items
We pack your order with care, but sometimes things happen.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@furryfect.com with a photo of the damage.
We define “damaged” as a broken or defective product — not just a dented box with a perfectly fine item inside.
If approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
We do not replace or refund items that were damaged due to misuse or regular wear and tear.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on the courier to get it to your doorstep.
While we try our best, we’re not responsible for delays, losses, or stolen packages caused by the courier, customs, or other external factors.
If something’s gone wrong with your delivery, please contact your courier directly.
📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address provided is incorrect and we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we won’t be able to issue a refund or resend the order.
